Yeah, it's in process of being imported.
No idea how long it will take though.

In the meantime, it seems like all of Yuku has gone down several times in the past 5-6 hours. Really? I've been around yuku for a couple months or so and noticed that it does go down sometimes. What I would hope is that when we are permanently on yuku, we'll be notified of scheduled downtime (unless, of course, it just goes down without their warning, too). Otherwise, you could be composing a post and then have it be lost when the site suddenly goes down without warning. At least ezboard didn't do that most of the time. We'll see, I guess, but it's gonna be a pain if it happens.

argggg...yuku was acting up all night last night for me, and STILL is this morning. Whats up with that? I hope it isn't always like this.

Yuku has a lot of really cool features, so I'm excited about the move. But it's going to be no fun at all if they keep having these server problems.

I think initially Yuku will have quite a few instances of downtime, but once most of the bugs get worked out, they'll happen less often.

Still no ETA on when the transfer will be completed.
Side note: I inquired under another name about how long they said it would take to transfer a board---they said "24 hours." So they're essentially "lying" to people about how long it'll take. It's bogus. |

Guys: I know you're joking but please let's not talk about committing acts of violence or harassment against EZBoard/Yuku staff (or anyone else), even
as a joke. It's out of line, and EZB/Yuku probably wouldn't find it very funny.

By the way, according to the latest update received by Jenn from EZboard/Yuku, the transfer will be completed by Sunday.
No guarantees, though -- they did initially say "24 hours."

I wouldn't put any stock into anything they say at this point. They don't give you the full details on the entire migration business. They lead you to
believe that once you put in the request, the board will be moved over in 24 hours.
Personally, I think Gold Boards should have the first priority of being moved. But that's not the case. Jenn |
