I heard another ezboard I sometimes visit is also having issues with the system. They aren't trying to move or anything, but the entire server that runs their board is messed up.

This is what that board posted from them:

Unfortunately, the p079 server has suffered a hardware failure and it will be necessary for a technician to travel to the co-location to service the equipment. The latest information we have is that it will be at least tomorrow (Sunday, December 02) before boards located on p079 will be available again. At this point, we cannot give any time line that is more specific than that.

We very much regret any inconvenience or anxiety this unscheduled outage causes you or your members. When we have further information, including information on Gold compensation, we will post it here.

Thank you for your patience."

So um maybe ezboard is busy dealing with even more hardware failures than this one? Who knows? They didn't say what caused it. Or if other servers are affected. The only other thing I know is that all the other board's posts have been wiped-all of them. Kinda like what happened to us awhile back, only more devastating because I don't think they backed them up. So I don't want to add to your stress Jenn, I just thought I'd tell you what I know in case you didn't know. Hopefully your of the opinion that its best to be informed to possibilites and have them be untrue, than to be completely taken of guard if this is what's affecting our move?

Anyway, hopefully everything is fine. Most likely it is, they just have other issues to deal with too.
