if you already have already switched your account over to Yuku and you were a member of the CIC, you are good to go.
If you are not a member of the CIC and you have a yuku account, you'll need to apply for membership.
If you have a Ezboard board and are a board member, but have not switched it over to Yuku (it's painless and free), you'll need to do so before you can post. I believe that it transfered over the memberships, so all you probably need to do is switch your account and you should be okay.
