ironicallly, a very tough decision.
I have a weakness for the villains. Villains live life to the fullest. Their greed and obsessiveness are unparalelled. So the toss-up was between Gaius Baltar and his new conscience Number 6. Or the other way around. Starbuck would be the favorite goodie. toa  Boomer: Just keep it up, old buddy, you're going to get us into real trouble. I must admit that when I was able to watch this show on the regular channels, I really liked Boomer. Something about her just drew me in. But, of course, now that Di is there, I am so interested in that character.

Adama's cool. So is Roslyn. She probably won't win the election, but she definitely might expose Baltar as a cylon collaborator.

I'm afraid to ask, but I haven't seen Season 2 yet... I don't mind spoilers... but wasn't Zarek supposed to be a contender?

Hard one for me. I really like Adama and Rosilyn's characters. They are the anchors of the show... both of them have such intensity (moreso Almos) and talent. They were awesome in the scene where 5-6 characters were talking in Adama's office and Rosilyn tells Adama that the cylon prisoner said Adama was a cylon. That is my favorite dramatic scene so far--very theatrical and hard to pull off. I guess my favorite is Adama.
Otherwise, my favorite candy actor (ie, just like to watch, regardless) is tougher... Starbuck, Tigh, and Tigh's Wife are boring stereotypes and Lee is a WUSS (but he's growing out of it). I like the Chief and Zarek, who are two interesting characters so far--it's hard to see what roles they will play. I know the Xenaphiles will all count LL as their favorite hottie. But Giaus' blonde is awesome. She usually has the glam, but I think the Xenaphiles would have a hard time if D'anna "gets close" to the rebel leader blonde, who looks more like the girl next door. (Just thought I'd leave you all with nice thoughts. )

Still like the 4 I mentioned previously in the thread, a couple of months later to that, I would have to add Six and Baltar, they sort of grow on you. Seeing there in it so much, it sort of doesn't pay to dislike them to much if you felt that way inclined at times. Dualla seems to be in it a bit also, a character they intend to do more with perhaps?

 And while I automatically love D'anna I think I will really enjoy her character because from what Lucy has been saying the character is just despicable and LL just relishes in those moments. So I'm looking foward to seeing more of Ms. Biers       |

My favorite characters are Starbuck - I love her kick ass attitude, Laura Roslin because of her passive aggressive stance - she can get what she wants, & D'anna Biers because she is just going to be so wonderfully evil as the #3 Cylon. I also like how Cylon #6 can manipulate Gaius Baltar to just about stand on his head for her.

Number Six, without any doubt. I love Six, she's my absolute favorite, then we have Starbuck, Roslin, D'Anna, Adm Adama (no particular order)
