of Pegasus , instead of giving it to his son Apollo ?
I mean Pegasus is a newer battlestar than Galactica right ?  center>

I can't imagine seperating Adama and Galactica, so no I didn't think Adama should be at the helm of Pegasus. What I did think a little was that maybe they did the too obvious of having Apollo at the helm of Pegasus, Father and Son in charge of the two main Ships in the fleet sort of is too obvious a storyline to go with.
But I guess your comment was more about Adama and him not going to the newer Ship, no it didn't surprise that he didn't. -nettie

Yeah youre right.
It is kind of obvious with Father and son , and really come to think about it , why didnt Tigh take precedence ?

With Tigh I think they sort of explored his leadership skills when Adama got shot, I don't see Tigh and Adama going head to head as Ship Skippers. I would like to see at some point Peagusus have a Skipper that would butt heads with Adama at times.

Lee was the most likely candidate with Pegasus.
Bill Adama not the commander of Galactica is like Xena without Gabrielle. (Oh come now, you knew Xena was gonna work her way into this some how.) Jenn |

Your right, but it still has more the feel of a Father picking a Son than perhaps a non personal decision being made.
And Tigh not being part of that mix would be like Joxer not being part of the mix perhaps  -nettie
